Artist's Description
This painting is the left side of my triptych titled Three Sisters, Michelle, Kamala, Jill.
The idea behind painting this triptych was inspired by watching our 2021 inauguration. The outfits Michelle Obama, Kamala Harris and Jill Biden wore triggered my imagination and I couldn't wait to get to work on it.
Each painting panel has the colors of the other panels, bringing a sense of uniformity and togetherness.
NOTE; This painting, along with my entire inventory and art studio, was destroyed in the Lahaina fire on August 8th, 2023.
