Look its Santa in a red canoe. He's delivering presents to the family living in that beach hut. He has a couple of hitch hikers coming along for a ride, a honu (sea turtle) and a crab. I bet they are hoping for something extra special for Christmas. I know someone will be excited to see a surfboard under their tree. Every year I paint a Santa or Holiday painting. For about 9 years now the paintings have had a tropical theme. And why not? Santa does visit Hawaii. He usually arrives in a red canoe just like this one.
