Artist's Description
Oh how I love the ocean. The constant changing moods of it gives me an endless supply of painting material. This scene is a beach on the North Shore of Oahu. Notice there is no one on the beach? Most of my landscape paintings won't have people in them. I like the feeling of peace and solitude in my paintings and I want to give the viewer the opportunity to imagine themselves in the scene. "Can't you just feel it? Close your eyes and feel yourself walking on this sunny stretch of beach, barefoot, the waves are gently caressing your feet as you go. No one is around. It's just you and nature, peace and solitude. A place to breath."
