Description
The symbolism of this painting represents my life. The center figure is me. The figures in the four corners are my children, two girls, two boys. The trees represent the places I've lived. The bottom center is an oak tree for Sacramento California. The left center is a pine tree for Lake Tahoe California. The right center is an apple tree for Mexico. And the top center palm trees represent where I live now, Maui Hawaii. The symbols in the blue squares are earth, air, water, and fire.
