Product Details

The Center for Disease Control has recommended the use of cloth face masks to help fight the spread of COVID-19.

This face mask is made from 100% polyester and includes two ear loops with adjustable grommets for a comfortable fit.

The printed area of the mask is approximately 7" wide by 5" tall.   This mask fits well on adult mens' faces without the grommets but, due to the adjustable grommets, can be worn snuggly by adult women, as well.

Please note - this is NOT a surgical grade mask. It is not intended for any medical or commercial uses, whatsoever. It is a simple, cloth mask designed for everyday use to cover your mouth when out in public. The mask should not be used in any medical or surgical setting.

We make no warranties that the mask prevents infections or the transmission of viruses or diseases.

Artist's Description

Merriman's restaurant at Kapalua Bay offers indoor and outdoor dinning. However, during the cover-19 shutdown the restaurant was closed and there were no beach goers. The beaches and parks were all empty. This was a real, once in a life time, treat for me. I had my favorite beaches all to myself. I wasn't allowed to sunbath, but there was no law against walking along them. I took advantage of their emptiness and took a lot of reference photos.

During my walks I got such a peaceful, calm feeling. These lovely beaches were getting a much needed rest. The coral reefs and ocean habitat was also enjoying a moment of peace.

I don't know if our island Maui will ever go back to the 30,000 a day visitors. To be honest with you, I hope it never does. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind sharing my island paradise. I just don't care for the over crowding, heavy traffic and damage to our ocean and beaches.

About Darice Machel McGuire

Darice Machel McGuire

Darice Machel McGuire lived on the beautiful Island of Maui from 2012 until the Lahaina fire on August 8th, 2023, destroyed her art studio. She and her husband have relocated to Grass Valley, California. They purchased a commercial building to reestablish their art studios. McGuire's Hawaii and California landscape oil and acrylic paintings are gracing the homes and offices of collectors nationally and internationally. McGuire's choice of subject matter comes from her love of nature and all that surrounds her on a daily basis. She paints in large and small formats. Three of the five galleries that represented her work were destroyed by the Lahaina fire. The two remaining galleries are Karen Lei's Gallery in Kahakuloa and Karen Lei's...
