Description

Front Street Lahaina has a lot to offer. Lots of ice cream and shave ice shops. This one is called Lappert's Ice Cream. It's located across the street from Village Gifts and Fine Art, where I show and sell my art. I had the opportunity to teach a Plein air class. Our first, second and third choices of location was ruled out by a wet and windy storm. So we took refuse under the protection of Village Galleries covered porch. This is the result. I love living on Maui!

NOTE; This painting, along with my entire inventory and art studio, was destroyed in the Lahaina fire on August 8th, 2023.
