Artist's Description
This Chapel is located in Honokowai just above Kaanapali. It is just across the street from the HonKowai Beach Park, where one can get some great sunset photos. The church was built in 1850. It's a little church, the interior is modest but beautiful. It's also a popular place for weddings.
I choose to do an impressionistic, romantic style for this painting. The colorful sunset sky adds that special touch of tropical romance to the scene.
