Product Details

Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").

Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Artist's Description

This scene was from a photo I took while having dinner at Captain Jacks, in Lahaina on Front Street. It was during the golden hour just before sunset. If you look closely at the Pioneer Inn, inside our favorite ice cream shop, Banyan Treats, you’ll see Jen and Reece the owners behind the counter. They are in silhouette and may be hard to see in this small version of the painting. The banyan Tree Park is bathed in the warm light of the setting sun. The white square shaped car is our Scion. The red convertible is my dream car, I had to add it because you never know when dreams come true. There are 15 people in this painting. Can you find them all?

The Pioneer Inn burned down in the Lahaina fire on August 8th, 2023. My painting was also destroyed, both are now part of Lahaina's history.

"Golden Hour Lahaina" was the winner of the "People's Choice" award in the 2023 Lahaina Poster Contest.

This painting, along with my entire inventory and my art studio, was destroye...

About Darice Machel McGuire

Darice Machel McGuire

Darice Machel McGuire lived on the beautiful Island of Maui from 2012 until the Lahaina fire on August 8th, 2023, destroyed her art studio. She and her husband have relocated to Grass Valley, California. They purchased a commercial building to reestablish their art studios. McGuire's Hawaii and California landscape oil and acrylic paintings are gracing the homes and offices of collectors nationally and internationally. McGuire's choice of subject matter comes from her love of nature and all that surrounds her on a daily basis. She paints in large and small formats. Three of the five galleries that represented her work were destroyed by the Lahaina fire. The two remaining galleries are Karen Lei's Gallery in Kahakuloa and Karen Lei's...
