Description
Hawaii is home to the rare and endangered monk seals. Monk seals spend most of their time at sea, but come ashore to rest on beaches. Hawaiians call the seal `Ilio holo I ka uaua, which means, “dog that runs in rough water.”
NOTE; This painting, along with my entire inventory and art studio, was destroyed in the Lahaina fire on August 8th, 2023.
