Product Details

Our luxuriously soft blankets are available in two different sizes and feature incredible artwork on the top surface. The bottom surface is white. Our 100% polyester blankets are available in two different styles: plush fleece and sherpa fleece. Plush fleece blankets are soft and fluffy on both sides, whereas sherpa blankets are smooth like a soft sweater on the artwork side (i.e. shorter threads) which provides for a sharper image. Looking for a recommendation? Go with a 60" x 80" plush fleece blanket. It's soft and luxurious on both sides... the artwork looks incredible... and the size is just right for everyone.

He came to Hawaii as a Royal Canadian Mountie with instructions to "get his man". The venture failed and in order to avoid embarrassment back home in Vancouver, he decided to make Hawaii his new home. The Inn is located right across the street from the Banyan Tree Park. Through the years the Plantation style building was expanded and it now has souvenir shops, both in doors and out.

In the scene that I painted you see a man eating an ice cream cone, carrying a small shopping bag. A local man on his bike with his parrot sitting on the handles. A mother and child watching the colorful parrots under the umbrellas and a man watching the activity from the top floor of the Inn. The sun is setting giving the clouds a soft pink glow. It's also shining on the roof top and the top of the bushes. Life is busy on Front Street in Lahaina at all times of the day. This parti...

About Darice Machel McGuire

Darice Machel McGuire

Darice Machel McGuire lived on the beautiful Island of Maui from 2012 until the Lahaina fire on August 8th, 2023, destroyed her art studio. She and her husband have relocated to Grass Valley, California. They purchased a commercial building to reestablish their art studios. McGuire's Hawaii and California landscape oil and acrylic paintings are gracing the homes and offices of collectors nationally and internationally. McGuire's choice of subject matter comes from her love of nature and all that surrounds her on a daily basis. She paints in large and small formats. Three of the five galleries that represented her work were destroyed by the Lahaina fire. The two remaining galleries are Karen Lei's Gallery in Kahakuloa and Karen Lei's...
